Job SummaryThe senior leader will oversee the technological infrastructure that supports our employees worldwide. The role requires a strong business acumen and technical expertise to drive strategic IT goals and objectives.
  • This individual must be an experienced executive who can work with various stakeholders to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and teams, as well as experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • This leader must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology strategies that support the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Developing and implementing technology strategies that meet business needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Managing large-scale IT projects and teams, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to IT teams, including mentoring and coaching.
Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
  • Strong business acumen and technical expertise, with experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics

The following characteristics are desirable for this position:

  • Strong understanding of contact center technology trends and providers.
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office product suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate in an effective and timely manner.

Candidates must also possess a self-started and quick learner attitude, with strong attention to detail and demonstrated effectiveness in driving change.
