We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Manager to drive business expansion and foster strong relationships with our customers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue on assigned customers.
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the organization.
- Develop expertise in sectors and markets, providing consultative advice to clients.
- Monitor client feedback and anticipate business needs to forward to the Product department.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
- Regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) and account status to senior management.
- Previous B2B experience is essential, preferably in a similar role.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
- Based in the UK or Gibraltar is ideal.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent social and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging clients and high-pressure situations.
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
