Senior Learning Experience Designer with Tech Expertise.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Learning Experience Designer with Tech Expertise. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing learner-centered training programs and developing related training materials. Your expertise in instructional design, adult education, and training evaluation will enable you to create effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners.

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop strategic plans to address them. Your strong analytical skills and ability to think critically will allow you to conduct thorough learning needs analyses, identify situations addressable by training solutions, and develop appropriate learning objectives and assessment strategies.

With your experience in designing and developing training content, you will be able to create visually appealing instructional media using graphics, video, and course authoring software. You will also have the opportunity to lead small projects, initiate meetings, communicate risks, and follow up on deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design learner-centered training programs and develop related training materials.
  • Conduct thorough learning needs analyses to identify situations addressable by training solutions.
  • Develop measurable training goals and learning objectives.
  • Create visually appealing instructional media using graphics, video, and course authoring software.
