Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software applications, and operating systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Offering first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Managing daily workload through an incident tracking system and recording problem resolution into a knowledge management system
  • Collaborating with field and divisional groups to create process documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

The Technical Support Specialist will also demonstrate strong organizational and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
