Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Verification: Conduct outbound calls to verify patient demographic details, insurance eligibility, and benefits information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Medical Billing Follow-ups: Monitor unpaid claims and pending appeals, request necessary records or denial documentation, and update account information in our management system with comprehensive notes.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain medical, demographic, and billing records, ensuring files are properly named and stored in our internal systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or outbound (non-sales) roles.
