About Us

Job Description

A Learning Experience Leader is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment within the organization. They will design and expand training and development programs that are aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. They should also be proficient in Microsoft and Google applications and have experience in training or teaching.

This role involves setting standards and expectations, creating and delivering end-user training, delivering technical preparatory training, accomplishing projects, motivating trainees, continuously improving training programs, and ensuring statutory training requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching)
