Policy Strategist Opportunity

We seek a Policy Strategist to drive excellence in Trust and Safety operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in T&S policy, analysis, content moderation, or a similar analytical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Guidance: Provide clear interpretations and actionable insights to support operations, quality, and LX teams.
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and LX to analyze policy effectiveness, identify pain points, and recommend practical solutions for improved efficiency and consistency.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a policy advisor to internal leaders and client contacts, providing concise recommendations that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.
  • Trend Analysis & Recommendations: Continuously monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and offer data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement.
  • Global Collaboration & Scalability: Collaborate effectively across global teams, designing scalable solutions to complex problems that drive positive business outcomes.
