Australia Traffic Planning Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced traffic planner to support major infrastructure and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and proven experience working directly with project managers on complex, large-scale developments.

Key responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and managing traffic management plans for large infrastructure and construction projects, coordinating with project managers to align traffic planning with project timelines and deliverables, analyzing and forecasting traffic impacts for complex jobs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local requirements, monitoring, adjusting, and optimizing traffic flow strategies throughout project execution, and preparing detailed reports and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in traffic planning, preferably within infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong background in handling multiple, complex jobs simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work directly with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of local traffic regulations, safety standards, and planning methodologies.

Preferred skills include experience in major infrastructure projects, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, advanced computer skills, and AutoCAD experience.
