Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Developer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into commercial products.

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in the entire product development process, working across multiple functions to identify development needs and build a strong product pipeline.
  • Work with the product lead to identify and evaluate new product ideas, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and validate product ideas.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers, communicating requirements such as specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, and order samples.
  • Coordinate with other team members, including product designers, legal, compliance, and quality teams, to ensure supplier requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams or external agencies to ensure marketing-related deliverables are completed according to timeline and brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure each project is completed and launched on schedule.
  • Review the performance of launches and running changes, track success metrics, share learnings, and feed improvements into the development cycle.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product development role, ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers in and out of China.
