Seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead product innovation within our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback to drive meaningful changes, ensuring that products exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product improvements with brand positioning
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements
  • Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Proven track record of improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
