We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive real-world impact.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI-powered features.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing production-grade AI models that blend state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning to power next-generation credit-risk, early-warning and digital collections capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI models using Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Work on fine-tuning methods such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and feature stores
  • Contribute to the development of cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP
Requirements
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus
  • Strong understanding of statistics, probability, optimization, and ML fundamentals
