Job Title: Product Innovation Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Leader to spearhead our product development efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing complex details and teams, and is passionate about creating high-quality, impactful products.

You will work closely with our leadership team to drive day-to-day product initiatives, sprints, launches, and bug fixes, and help shape our product strategy.

You will align our global team to deliver effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sprint & Workflow Management: Organize, execute, and monitor daily product workstreams and agile sprints; ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes; collaborate with engineering and design to manage timelines and remove blockers.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with our leadership team to ensure quality standards across product releases; lead testing cycles and QA processes; prioritize bugs and coordinate resolution with development.
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap; translate strategic goals into executable development plans; provide realistic delivery estimates and ensure roadmap alignment with capacity.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Oversee and support our global team; track and manage workflows, resourcing, and output; act as a communication bridge between our leadership team and delivery teams.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across design, product, tech, and operations to ensure alignment; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; communicate status, risks, and progress.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics and performance indicators; provide reports to leadership; use data to inform planning and prioritization decisions.

We seek a highly organized self-starter with ownership and accountability. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple product workstreams, and brings structure and clarity to delivery.

The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, able to work with technical teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors; demonstrated success delivering complex product workflows and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Product & Workflow Management: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows; skilled in managing timelines and blockers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership; translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Team & Capacity Management: Experience working with remote teams; ability to manage capacity, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability without micromanagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational and planning skills; collaborate with leadership to align roadmap and goals, set realistic delivery expectations.
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment; can manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working with culturally diverse teams; experience collaborating with global teams is valued.
