A strategic role exists for a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of cost management in commercial, retail, residential and transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within budget, time and quality parameters.
  • Develop and manage project costings and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and optimal value outcomes.
  • Analyse complex data and documents to inform project decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 15-25 years of experience in cost and commercial management, with a focus on mobility projects.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
  • MRICS certification is mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in cost estimation, budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
