We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized accounting professional to manage our financial records. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting using industry-standard software
  • Record and categorize expenses, income, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Prepare financial documentation for audits and tax filings
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar accounting role, proficiency in industry-standard software, and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A degree in Accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
