We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Respond effectively to customer queries via Intercom.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the Teamflect platform.
- Guide customers in utilizing product features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent written English skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer issues.
- Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support platforms is an advantage.
- Able to work independently during night hours.
- A reliable personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
