
Technical Support Professional

This is a technical support role where you will be assisting clients with their hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will respond to technical inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.
- Ensure timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior call center experience is preferred.
- Working from home experience is an asset.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
- A typing speed of 20+ WPM is also required.
