Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence & KPI Development
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and develop actionable insights.
    • Develop and maintain trusted reporting and analytics solutions using data from various sources.
  • Analytics & Insight Generation
    • Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
    • Build analytical models, dashboards, and data sets to support business decision-making.
  • Data Quality & Governance
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analytics solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document data governance policies.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Deliver insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling data storytelling.
    • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
