Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Remote Lead Generation Specialist to contribute to the growth of our client base.

The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and experienced in sourcing high-quality leads and securing appointments with high-end clients in design, interior, or hospitality sectors.

The successful candidate will have excellent research abilities, exceptional written English, and strong professional communication skills.

You will identify, qualify, and organize leads using Monday.com CRM and initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to the Sales Lead and focus outreach on standard catalog products to streamline quoting and design.

Support lead generation across both ceramic and chocolate product lines and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture interest.

About the Role
  • Lead Research and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads in target markets; track and manage leads using Monday.com CRM; monitor industry trends and spot new outreach opportunities.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact through email, LinkedIn, and Instagram; craft and send personalized messages to showcase our product lines; maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture interest.
  • Sales Support: Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to the Sales Lead; focus outreach on standard catalog products to streamline quoting and design; support lead generation across both ceramic and chocolate product lines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or marketing.
  • Exceptional research abilities with a knack for identifying, qualifying, and organizing high-quality leads.
  • Outstanding written English and strong professional communication skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing platforms to connect with prospects and build engagement.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to achieve measurable results.

  • A background in working with design-led brands or premium creative products.
