Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through effective communication and persuasion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, be highly motivated, and possess the ability to work independently.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services
  • Generating and qualifying leads through phone calls and other outreach methods
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Following up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
