- Reconciling accounts receivable and billing statements, identifying discrepancies, and working with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintaining detailed records of billing and collections activities, including claims, payments, adjustments, and communication logs.
The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of billing and collections processes and accounts receivable management, as well as proficiency in accounting or collections software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
