Process Invoice Specialist Leader

The Process Invoice Specialist Leader plays a vital role in achieving service excellence and key performance metrics within their team. This position requires an expert with knowledge of process invoicing to drive innovation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and/or participate in the achievement of service levels and key metrics for the team, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contracts on a daily basis, including finance, operations, and complex issues to ensure budget adherence.
  • Drive process improvements and innovations in invoicing and related services, leveraging expertise to optimize efficiency.
  • Build and develop a team, allocating resources effectively across invoice processing activities to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through established processes and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in process invoicing and finance support roles, with the ability to handle complex transactions, showcasing analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and operate with initiative under supervision, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Mid/senior level experience in finance support or professional roles, highlighting leadership potential.
