The Director of Customer Success will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leadership in building a world-class organization with well-defined processes.
  • Apply strategic management practices to manage projects effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate solutions.
  • Establish relationships as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and adjacent teams.
  • Monitor project progress by identifying milestones, tracking activity, resolving problems, and publishing reports.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate financial and operational impacts of changes to key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills with strong business acumen and communication.
  • Collaborate to ensure readiness for new processes or systems and transfer knowledge effectively.
  • Present complex projects to various audiences, including executives and cross-functional leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the Customer Success experience through process enhancements and adoption campaigns.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of customer or account management experience, including 5+ years leading high-performing Customer Success teams.
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing a team of Customer Success Managers and Leaders.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
