The Distributor Manager is a pivotal role at Nabati Philippines, responsible for driving sales target achievement in assigned territories. This involves ensuring the availability of our products across all channels through effective management of partner distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Distributor Management
- Manage and strengthen business partnerships with distributors to optimize sales performance.
- Evaluate distributor operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and sales force.
- Field Sales Planning
- Develop, implement, and follow up on Field Sales Plans for assigned distributors.
- Ensure distributors adhere to company principles, policies, including local trade policy, regulations, and safety standards.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement
- Track and analyze distributor performance against KPI targets set by Nabati.
- Collaborate with key partners to achieve vendor targets through both vendor-led and internally-funded campaigns.
- Category Growth Strategies
- Analyze growth opportunities within each category and prioritize strategic focus areas.
- Design and implement category growth strategies to drive market expansion.
- Post-Mortem Analysis and Campaign Optimization
- Conduct thorough post-mortem analysis of activations to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance future campaign performance.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience
- At least five years of experience in FMCG, with a proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
- Skillset
- Strong organizational, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude for strong interpersonal skills.
We offer an estimated salary range of P1,200,000 - P1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
