Responsibilities include:

  • Transforming warm leads into enrolled students for our premium courses.
  • Building rapport with prospects and identifying program alignment with their objectives.
  • Tracking metrics and iterating rapidly to surpass conversion benchmarks.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
  • Communicating customer insights to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while retaining product knowledge.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
  • History of high performance in quota-carrying roles is highly valued.
