Job Description

The goal of this position is to build a relationship with AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps by qualifying inbound leads, researching prospects, booking meetings, and tracking daily AI-safety headlines.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for turning curiosity about safe AI into qualified opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to secure calendar time for meetings and provide detailed call notes and prospect context.

This role requires excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear writing, and the ability to extract nuance from calls. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks, hit deadlines, and use productivity tools like Google Workspace and basic CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service.
  • Comfort with customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems.
  • Ability to track daily AI-safety headlines and translate buzz into relevant talking points.
