Job Title: Junior Wind Power Development Specialist

This role involves the advancement of development activities for new wind power projects.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and verifying sites fit for purpose from a technical, legal, and commercial view, and maintaining a database of land maps, data, and documents.
  2. They will also manage permitting & approvals related to land, project development, and grid interconnection.
  3. Additionally, they will provide support in contract management and coordination with interdepartmental teams within IBV (i.e. Legal, E&S, grid management, Admin).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in site activities as needed.
  • Act as overall document controller for the wind team.
  • Maintain project database for the wind projects.
  • Conduct required administrative tasks & permitting tasks related to land departments and other government agencies.
  • Project schedule monitoring and reporting.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years' experience of project management or with Engineering background.
  2. Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
  3. Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, land acquisition, and related laws & regulation preferred.
  4. Languages: English is our day-to-day working language.
  5. Teamwork spirit and structured working attitude.
  6. Frequent domestic travelling during course of work is required.
  7. Willing to be assigned on site location for a period of time.
