Job Purpose: Wind farm project development mainly in the Philippines, especially building met measurement and WTG micro siting, technical negotiations with OEMs and wind consultants, and leading applications and contracts.Job Responsibilities:Analyze wind conditions and simulate AEPOptimize wind turbine layout and wind turbine model selection
Coordinate met mast/LiDAR installation
Provide wind turbine due diligence considering transportation, site suitability, AEP, and wind farm certification
Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in electrical field development
Experience and knowledge of fluid dynamics
Ability to identify issues, negotiate, coordinate, plan, propose, and solve them
Complete tasks by engaging and communicating with internal/external stakeholders
Self-starter. The successful candidate should act spontaneously to achieve the team's goal and execute renewable projects in PH; those who share our company's mission and vision
Flexibility and versatility to adapt to the constantly changing dynamics of the renewable energy industry and the company
Interest in and a strong desire to attain expertise in the renewable energy industry
The following capabilities and experiences are not required but are considered a plus:Experience and knowledge of wind analysis at wind turbine manufacturers or wind consultants
Experience and knowledge of project certification and/or wind farm certification
Experience in designing overall wind power projects
Experience in wind turbine design
Proficiency in English and Japanese (both above business level)Site supervisor or site management certification
Experience in project execution of power plants or transmission lines
