We are seeking a highly experienced recruitment strategist to lead our hiring process and drive business growth.
This role is ideal for an individual with extensive knowledge of the outsourcing industry and strong leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, conducting second-round interviews, and developing strategies to enhance our hiring workflow.
To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record of delivering hires within tight timelines and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
- Monitor key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.
You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a proactive pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Your goal is to source top talent from various channels, including job boards, social media, communities, and referrals.
Second-Round Interviews & Candidate AssessmentConduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and role-specific competencies.
Provide structured interview feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.
Oversee and guide team members conducting initial assessments or screening calls.
Recruitment Strategy and OptimizationLead initiatives to improve recruitment turnaround time and process efficiency.
Strategize campaigns, partnerships, and outreach to increase quality candidate leads.
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring process.
ATS and Recruitment Tools ManagementMaximize the use of BambooHR or similar ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
Optimize workflows, templates, and reports within the ATS to increase visibility and efficiency.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional CommunicationYou will partner closely with HR, Operations, and Client Success to ensure alignment on headcount planning and candidate requirements.
Provide regular reports, dashboards, and insights on hiring progress and performance.
QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within an outsourcing or VA placement company.
Proven success in leading recruitment campaigns and delivering hires within tight timelines.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.
Skills and CompetenciesStrong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both skill and culture fit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and time management abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Leadership and strategic thinking skills with experience guiding junior recruiters or sourcing specialists.
Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
