Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Senior Associate position in our organization. As a key contributor to our engagement teams, you will apply your educational background and experience from accounting, auditing or data analytics positions to assist in compliance audits for existing clients. You will manage multiple projects with team members and account managers across various regions, requiring up to 50% domestic or international travel.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, execution, and reporting activities of compliance audits, including compilation of raw data and data analysis.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with team members and account managers across different regions.
  • Travel domestically or internationally up to 50% of the time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Audit experience is preferred but not required.
  • Big Four accounting firm experience is also preferred but not required.
  • At least three years of experience in Accounting or Finance is required if no Audit or Big Four experience exists.
  • Data analytics experience or background is necessary.
  • English fluency, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other data analytics tools is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent is required.
  • MBA/CPA/CA or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
