Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with the compliance specialist to monitor email campaigns, track issues, and support operational workflows.

Daily Campaign Oversight
  • Monitor third-party email campaigns: Assist in monitoring third-party email campaigns for compliance issues.
  • Document compliance issues: Review emails and document compliance issues in tracking systems with precision.
  • Identify non-compliance activities: Detect non-compliant activities and escalate as necessary.
  • Conduct manual checks: Conduct manual compliance checks to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.
Publisher Operations
  • Maintain publisher contact information: Maintain and update publisher contact information, ensuring accuracy and reducing duplicates.
  • Consolidate publisher data: Consolidate duplicate publishers or aliases within CRM systems.
  • Log email correspondence: Log email correspondence with publishers and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Monitor and resolve automation issues: Monitor and resolve issues in automated workflows to maintain efficiency.
Operational Task Management
  • Track timelines and deadlines: Monitor timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple tools to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Collaborate with internal teams to confirm task ownership and timely completion.
  • Recap meetings and track progress: Recap meetings, log action items, and track progress to ensure all tasks are completed.
Data Integrity and Reporting
  • Compile reports on compliance: Compile reports on compliance and publisher operations for internal use.
  • Analyze key metrics: Track and analyze key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
