Senior Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to lead our organization's financial planning and analysis initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
Responsibilities:- Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
- Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role.
- Must have stable employment history.
