**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis expert. This role involves leveraging technology to enhance financial planning processes, transforming planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and providing research and advisory services to global clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FP&A leadership, with a proven track record of implementing financial planning software and improving forecast accuracy. They will possess strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies associated with financial planning processes, data analysis, and modeling.

This role requires collaboration with senior finance leaders to develop authoritative research and advice that directly addresses their priorities and challenges. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations and discussions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technology to enhance financial planning processes
  • Transform planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Provide research and advisory services to global clients
  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders to develop authoritative research and advice
  • Deliver high-quality advice through face-to-face and video-based presentations

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience leading FP&A teams in large multinational organizations
  • Strong knowledge of various FP&A automation vendors and technologies
  • Experience in integrating financial planning process with operational and business strategic plans
  • Experience in improving forecast accuracy and implementing rolling forecasts
  • Established track record serving as a strategic partner/trusted advisor to the CFO
