
Help Desk Specialist

Your mission is to assist businesses in achieving success with innovative cloud communication and IT solutions.
This role involves being part of our Frontline Services Team, responsible for providing top-notch customer service in response to inbound inquiries.
- First line support for reported incidents
- Single point of contact for customers and vendors, handling routine and non-routine incidents, problems, and requests
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries using own initiative including network and Internet related issues, hardware returns, and correspondence via email
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication
- Close tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions in a centralized database

Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in first line incident management, problem-solving, and technical issue resolution.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.
Educational Background: Relevant degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
