Mental Health Support Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated individual to provide emotional support to those in need.
About the Role- You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional mental health services, utilizing various communication channels to engage with clients.
- Maintain high standards of quality and management to ensure effective communication with callers and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders through clear and concise communication, fostering a responsive and organized approach.
- Coordinate patient care by conducting regular triage and check-ins to guarantee appropriate follow-up care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to address clients' needs effectively.
- Employ an empathetic and proactive approach to helping clients in need, prioritizing their well-being at all times.
- A minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a similar role is required.
- Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent is necessary.
- Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention is mandatory.
- A Master's in Psychology is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog are crucial.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key qualities for this position.
- Familiarity with Zoom for meetings and online development courses is beneficial.
