**Job Title: Mental Health Counselor
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team. As a mental health professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to clients who are struggling with various mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality consultations and psychotherapy sessions to clients, ensuring alignment with our scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the mental health team for effective client triaging, escalations, and holistic interventions.
- Coordinate with the mental health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist with related requests.
- Conduct regular wellness check-ins and emergency handling to assess clients' mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to enhance overall quality of care.
- CURRENTLY PURSUING A MASTER'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY
- Willingness to work from home during mid-day shifts.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Workspace.
- Preferably has a background in mental health or employee assistance programs.
