We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.
Job DescriptionThis position supports a healthcare client and involves answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, responding to patient text messages and emails, and returning patient phone messages.
You will be responsible for scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, managing the triage process, and assisting in creating new patient referrals.
In addition, you will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of patient information, and supporting the team with other administrative or patient-related tasks as needed.
Requirements- A proven experience in a healthcare setting (patient coordination or similar role preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHRs) (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Proficiency with office software, email systems, and document management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive patient data.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and coordinate with a remote team.
