Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and engage with our community.

  • Create and publish high-quality content that aligns with our brand values and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure visually appealing content.
  • Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance.
  • Engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, solid understanding of social engagement metrics, and deep appreciation for beauty and skincare trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize content and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management.
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands.
