Investment Banking Associate - M&A & Capital Markets Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable associate to support deal execution across M&A and capital markets. This role offers hands-on experience with seasoned founders, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis and industry research, to gain insights into niche subject areas.
  • Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses, taking raw financial data from clients and creating transaction structuring, working capital pegs, and LBO models.
  • Develop high-quality client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Work closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Manage execution processes, ensuring seamless transaction workflows and high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to recruiting and firm-building initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–2 years in investment banking or comparable experience.
  • Education: Strong academic credentials preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Ability to adapt and find creative solutions to aid efficiency.
  • Professional Presence: Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client Relationship: Directly work with clients, communicate with them, provide services, and address client-related matters independently.
