Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and support to enhance their experience.

Data Management: Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. Generate reports on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand through outreach and engagement efforts, ensuring that candidates have a positive perception of the company.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate's Degree or higher

  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting/Sourcing in a BPO setting

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases a plus

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced excel and presentation making skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
