Product Analyst Opportunity

This is a unique position that focuses on product analytics, where you will be working with data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing digital product usage and defining key metrics such as user engagement, retention, and activation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze user behavior across the product to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and track key product metrics, including new feature adoption and A/B test results.
Data Insights & Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed insights into product decisions and develop dashboards to enable data access.
Decision Support & Strategy
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analysis.
  • Help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
RequirementsRequired:
  • 2+ years in a product analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Segment.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
