Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a senior-level role focused on driving growth through effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts. This includes identifying target audiences, creating compelling messaging, and ensuring seamless alignment with cross-functional teams.

  2. Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Use this intelligence to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

  3. Design and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data-driven insights.

  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and whitepapers. Develop engaging content that resonates with key audiences.

  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive positioning and messaging. Foster open communication and align goals to drive collective success.

  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Leverage data to inform campaign optimization and measure ROI.

  7. Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts. Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.

  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.

  • A proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.

  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.

  • The ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
