About the Role
  • Review client requirements and job descriptions to identify ideal candidate matches
  • Assess and screen candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets
  • Submit shortlisted candidates with accurate notes and details for internal review
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements
Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze client needs and create strategic matches between opportunities and talent
  2. Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure successful outcomes
  3. Provide regular updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
  4. Maintain an organized pipeline of talent for current and future openings
Requirements
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and research
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use CRM tools and technology
