Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Incident Data team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the collection and verification of data for entities based on established methodologies and sources.

Your primary responsibilities will include searching for, collecting, and verifying data to ensure its accuracy and quality. You will also be responsible for attending to internal/client queries and requests, ensuring that the data captured is aligned with the data methodology and policy guidelines.

In this role, you will meet pre-determined turn-around goals for work assignments. You will also escalate nuanced data disclosure issues, as needed, and perform root-cause analysis if data issues are identified.

Additionally, you will update internal documents for performance metrics monitoring and participate in working committees/projects and/or tasks aside from your core responsibilities.

Finally, you will maintain appropriate paper and electronic files as required by relevant policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Social Sciences, Communication, or any equivalent/related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in using MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a cross-border or multi-cultural work environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills with clear attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.

Work Location & Schedule

You will work on a traditional shift schedule (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, PHT). For the first two months, you must be willing to work onsite five days a week. After this period, a hybrid set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) may be offered based on performance and manager's assessment.
