Jewelry Production Director

We are seeking an experienced Jewelry Production Director to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of fine or fashion jewelry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewelry making, vendor coordination, materials sourcing, and production workflow management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality control and timely order fulfillment. They will also manage production schedules, allocate workloads, and track progress across internal teams and external manufacturers.

The Jewelry Production Director will coordinate with designers, CAD teams, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life. They will source and manage relationships with material suppliers and subcontractors, maintain detailed production documentation, and implement quality control standards across all stages of production.

Qualifications
