The role

Batangas Country Club Hotel and Resort (PCK Trade and Realty Corporation) is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and bookings for our premier hotel and resort located in Batangas City, Batangas.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy across all online channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Manage and optimise website content and performance to improve user experience and increase conversions
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, high-quality content to attract and retain customers
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with overall brand strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred, but not required
