Remote Financial Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the management of financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and technical skills to handle routine administrative tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management (50%)
- Manage and record financial transactions, process invoices, receipts, and payments, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports and summaries, assist with tax preparation and compliance, maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks or similar software, handle accounts payable and receivable, compile financial reports and present them to stakeholders.
- Administrative Support (50%)
- Manage emails and correspondence, organize and update files, spreadsheets, and databases, assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and calendar management, support project management tasks using Asana or Trello, follow-ups via email, chat, and/or phone, conduct online research and data entry tasks, communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed.
