Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, contributing to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

This is a full-time remote job with flexible hours to accommodate international clients and time zones.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, with strong proficiency in accounting software platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, and AppFolio.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international (especially US) accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience
  • Proven experience working with international companies, especially in the US market
  • Strong proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi Voyager and common accounting platforms like QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with PM Bookkeeper, OJO Bookkeeping, Xero, FreshBooks, and ZOHO Books is a plus
  • Experience with time and project tracking solutions is a plus
  • Solid understanding of US accounting practices and international financial standards
