Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns across various industries.

Your primary goal will be to drive growth and achieve outstanding Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for our clients. You will work closely with our teams to develop and execute advanced bidding strategies, manage ad spend budgets, and optimize campaign performance in real-time using Google Analytics and other tools.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience managing Google Ads campaigns, as well as expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and creative storytelling. You should also be proficient in using Google's ecosystem, including Merchant Center, Data Studio, and Looker Studio for comprehensive campaign management and reporting.

You will be working from home, so it is essential that you have a stable internet connection, a high-performance computer, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly.

  • Campaign Strategist: Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max with large-scale budgets.
  • Data Analyst: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real-time.
  • Media Buying Specialist: Design and execute advanced bidding strategies to maximize ROAS, reduce CPA, and drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic Google Ads plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and target audiences effectively.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance regularly, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with consistent success in achieving high ROAS.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Merchant Center, and related tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.
  • Continuous Learner: Stay ahead of the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and strategies.
Preferred Experience
  • Industry Focus: Experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce, SaaS, or high-growth businesses is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) are required. Advanced certifications are a plus.
