Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier one technical support via phone, email, or instant messaging.
  • Document incidents and requests accurately into the ITSM system.
  • Monitor tickets generated by monitoring systems and perform troubleshooting to diagnose issues.
  • Escalate complex issues following the proper escalation process.
  • Collaborate with other support professionals to resolve client issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or other IT role.
  • Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of PC's, operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware concepts.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
