Job Title: Project Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cost estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing takeoffs based on drawings, managing requests for proposal (RFPs), assembling estimates, and ensuring all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately.

This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct takeoffs based on received drawings.
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses.
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
